Oberender AG has successfully led the clinics through challenging times for eight years under a management contract with André Mertel as Managing Director. Our management contract with Rems-Murr-Kliniken will be terminated at the end of 2023.
André Mertel and Dr. Rainer Pfrommer will join Rems-Murr-Kliniken gGmbH in January 2024. André Mertel and his team can continue to draw on our expertise in the implementation of ongoing projects such as the implementation of the hospital reform.
We are therefore delighted that we have been able to conclude a comprehensive consulting and service agreement with Rems-Murr-Kliniken gGmbH. As part of this contract, we will make our expertise and network available to the Rems-Murr clinics in the usual quality. Thanks to the Oberender team and our partners, we can offer support and advice for all areas of a hospital – from medical technology to energy management and purchasing.
