I already knew Oberender AG from my time as an intern. Even back then, I was very impressed by the broad technical expertise and the collegial and professional atmosphere. Since then, I have followed Oberender AG and, after starting my career, I actively got in touch with Oberender AG again after seeing an interesting job advertisement.

There is no such thing as a typical working day. But it certainly starts with checking emails. Then there are meetings with colleagues, customer appointments on site, in the office or from home.

Established, Professional, Competent
Why did you apply to Oberender AG?
I applied to Oberender AG because I was and still am very impressed by the company philosophy and the projects that the company implements. I want to work in an environment that challenges and develops my professional skills and at the same time has a positive impact on the industry.
What does a typical working day look like?
My day-to-day work in advising several clinics is characterized by the fact that no two days are the same. Of course, the basic work structure is characterized by discussions about liquidity and results, development and restructuring projects. But everyday hospital life can often neither be predicted nor planned in a structured way. Too many and too important spontaneous challenges in the service area of a hospital require immediate action.
What is special about Oberender AG?
The special thing for me is the combination of extensive specialist knowledge and a strong focus on individual customer care, which enables long-term customer loyalty based on partnership. The basis for this is an absolute relationship of trust between management company, consultant and client, which is reflected in the collegial and respectful working environment.

Clearly: A warm welcome! At Oberender AG, you feel that you are in good hands from day one.
What tasks have you taken on?
In addition to preparing presentation documents on market and competitive environments as well as current topics from the healthcare sector or data evaluations, my tasks included researching various health economic topics. I was also able to assist with the presentation of Oberender AG at a careers fair. I was also able to work on my own project for Oberender AG, which involved analyzing emergency care in Germany and the application of innovative emergency concepts from abroad.
What experiences have you had?
