Dr. Bernhard Flasch has been a manager at Oberender AG since 01.08.2023 and will continue to shape and expand the Processes & Organization division.
Dr. Bernhard Flasch brings over 17 years of expertise in the healthcare sector. After studying medicine at the University of Vienna, Dr. Flasch worked for more than 10 years at Agatharied Hospital, where he completed his residency as a general surgeon, discovered his passion for emergency medicine, and already implemented his first projects (such as the introduction of an emergency department information system).
At the Klinikum Frankfurt an der Oder, Dr. Flasch quickly rose from the position of senior physician to head physician, where he led and shaped the emergency department for almost 4 years. Furthermore, he acquired the additional qualifications “Emergency Medicine”, “Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine”, as well as “Medical Quality Management”. He is also trained in “Clinical Risk Management” according to ONR 49003.
Within RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, the path to Group headquarters followed. There took over
Dr. Bernhard Flasch as Head of Clinical Process Management and Digital Transformation in the Organizational Development department.
The constantly changing framework conditions and increasing challenges in the healthcare sector awakened in Dr. Bernhard Flasch the desire to contribute his experience and expertise to an external consulting company.
