Dr. Andreas Langemann is the new Senior Manager at Oberender AG since 01.07.2023 and will continue to shape and expand the M&A division.
Dr. Langemann brings over 20 years of expertise in healthcare transactions.
After studying business administration and earning his doctorate at the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen, he began his professional career at Deloitte and WestLB and WestLB Panmure.
At WestLB, he had his first contact with the healthcare sector in the M&A department. In 2012, Dr. Langemann moved from consulting to Sana Klinike His last position there was Director M&A.
During his time at Sana Kliniken, the Group’s sales almost doubled, particularly as a result of acquisitions. In the beginning, Dr. Langemann mainly accompanied acquisitions of inpatient facilities, later also in adjacent areas during the expansion to an integrated healthcare provider.
The changed framework conditions and increased challenges in the healthcare sector awakened in Dr. Langemann the desire to contribute his experience and expertise to a consulting company. As Oberender AG has been known to him for many years in the field of classical consulting as well as in the field of hospital management, concrete discussions took place this year.
